If your order has a problem with the size or model and it is a mistake on our part, it is possible to exchange it.
If any changes are made to the model and details of the abaya, you will be charged an additional fee.

The process of sending goods

The purchased product will be sent within one to three working days through Pishtaz Post. Depending on the traffic at the post office, it will take two to five working days to receive your clothes.

We will also provide you with the tracking code of your parcel so you can find out about the item’s status at any time by referring to the parcel tracking system of the National Post Company.
